A fantastic four-mile trail run

I ran a great two-mile trail twice this morning on the Ernest Thompson Seton Scout Reservation in Greenwich, CT (http://www.greenwichbsa.com/camp_setonscout.html).

I followed the reservation’s yellow trail. It snakes under the Merritt Parkway, winds through campsites, crosses the archery range and skirts a baseball field before returning to the Nielsen Lodge via a loop around Hillegas Lake.

I’ve posted a Camp Seton Yellow Trail Medallion below. Look for a more detailed piece on this week’s runs this weekend.

Proof I ran the Camp Seton Yellow Trail.

I’ll run the Indianapolis Canal Walk tomorrow. Check it out at http://visitindy.com/indianapolis-sports-recreation-canal-walk.

Happy running!
